Ticket & Event Instructions

Fiduciary Agent for the Event - The United States Hispanic Leadership Institute is the fiduciary agent of record for the Latino Inaugural Celebration.
 
Location of Event - The Latino Inaugural Celebration will be held at the Hall of the Americas of the Organization of American States (OAS) located on 17th Street and Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006.
 
Date & Time of Event - The Latino Inaugural Celebration will be held on Monday, January 19, 2009, starting at 7:30 pm and ending at Midnight (12:00 am).  Please allow extra time to travel to the OAS on Monday evening as many streets will be closed and large crowds are expected in Washington D.C. during the Inaugural festivities.
 
Dress Attire for Event  - Black-tie optional.
 
Ticket Pick Up Instructions - Due to the heightened security, all tickets must be picked up in person at one of the following 3 locations:
 
(1) De La Ines Salon, located at 5520 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20015 (between 9 am and 6 pm through Saturday January 17) - If you have any questions or need directions please contact Roxana Olivas at 240-418-1925; 
 
(2) Jackson & Campbell, PC, located at 1120 20th Street, NW, (3rd Floor - South Tower) Washington, DC 20036, between L and M Street  (between 11 am and 2 pm only through Friday January 16) - If you have any questions or need directions please contact German Gomez at 202-457-4263; or 
 
(3) Tickets can be picked up at WILL CALL on site on Monday, January 19 from 12pm-3pm and 6pm-7:30pmPlease be prepared to present a Photo ID.  
 
Please bring photo ID with address to pick up your tickets.  Tickets are non-refundable.  TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
 
Photo ID Required at Event - Due to the heightened security, please bring a photo ID with address on the evening of the event.  

Metro - Farragut West (orange/blue line) and exit on the 17th Street side and then walk to Constitution Avenue.

No Parking Available - Due to the heightened security, there is no parking on the premises and parking on nearby streets will be severely limited or non-existent so plan to take mass/public transportation on the night of the event.
